Thursday-Friday: Potential help sessions moving CJHS band equipment to CMS for next year. *More info to come soon*

Students should report to their homeroom to check in and then report to the band room. Please bring money to spend at the concession stands at Urban Air and athletic clothing.

Our band has one more field trip opportunity! On May 22nd, our band will travel to Newnan, Georgia to visit Urban Air Trampoline Park!

The cost is $20 per student or chaperone. Please fill out the Google form posted below at your earliest convenience and submit money either through cash or check or Revtrak.

Good morning!

Tuesday night was such a wonderful night of music-making. Congratulations to all students who were involved. Our jazz band, percussion ensemble, solo and ensemble members, concert band, symphonic band, and wind ensemble rocked it out! So much music was performed and it was an honor to share the stage with you all. What a way to end our school year in our band program!

  • Monday: Jazz band/Percussion Ensemble rehearsal until 5:00 PM/Rookie Camp for rookie marchers @CHS Band room 4-6 pm
    • Jazz band and percussion ensemble members will have an excused absence from the beginning of Rookie Camp.
  • Tuesday: Spring Concert CJHS 6 PM (report time 5:30)
  • Wednesday: Jazz Band performance at CJHS Awards Night. Report time 5:00 PM @ MAC
    • Please wear formal attire of your choice

Spring Concert: Tuesday, 5/9 @ 6PM

Our CJHS and CHS band programs will perform their Spring Concerts this Tuesday. The CJHS band program will begin at 6 pm at the Mabry Arts Center followed by the CHS band program at 7:30. This will be a memorable night for our programs!

  • Report time for CJHS members: 5:30
  • Concert begins 6:00PM
  • Concert concludes ~7:00 PM
  • Jazz band, percussion ensemble, solo and ensemble members, and our three large ensembles will perform.
  • All black for attire
