Good afternoon,

In April of every year we allow any 7th and 8th grade band member to travel to Suntrust Park to attend an Atlanta Braves Game. The band does not perform but instead has a night to just celebrate another fantastic year of being in band together.

Last year was our first trip and I would like to have some parent help in planning the trip this year. We are attending the game on April 25th but I would like to get everything going now.

If you are available next week on any day around 4:30 PM I would love to have a group of parents to bounce ideas off of. Once I meet with the parents then I can have all of the info and the forms ready to send out to our students.
