Good evening,
As you pack tonight please take a moment to read over our itinerary and packing list. Also keep the following in mind:
- We may run into some rain on the trip, pack accordingly
- No energy drinks or video game systems allowed on the trip
- I will allow personal reading devices such as Kindles and iPads
- Make sure that you bring $40-$50 worth of spending money to cover the cost of souvenirs and a few meals.
- Students will purchase their own meal at the Varsity for lunch tomorrow and their lunch and dinner in the park Saturday. All other meals are covered by cost of the trip.
I look forward to seeing you all bright and early tomorrow morning. Remember to check into your homeroom, drop your luggage off on stage in the cafeteria, and then report to the band room for full rehearsal.
