Tomorrow is the BIG day for our Wind Ensemble students!!!

Important reminders:

• Students must wear all black and their band polo that was given to them on Monday
• Students will report to the band room at 1:30 when the all call is made by the front office
• No money is needed for this trip.
• The concert is free and open to the public!

Itinerary:

1:15 pm Chaperones arrive

1:30 pm Students called down to the band room and change into uniform

2:00 pm Depart for Reinhardt University

4:00 pm Arrive and unload

5:00 pm Dress rehearsal on stage

5:45 pm Subway dinner provided in the parking lot

6:15 pm Freshen up for the concert

6:30 pm on stage

7:00 pm Performance

7:30 pm Conclude performance and load bus and trailer

7:45 pm Depart for CJHS

9:30 pm (estimate) arrive back at CJHS
