Good morning,

Below is our itinerary for our concert next Thursday, the 21st. Please keep in mind that all students must ride the bus to and from the concert for this event, as well as stay after school. All coaches have been spoken to and are on board with your student attending the entire time next Thursday and missing their practice.

Logistically, that is what must happen in order to get us all to and from the fastest. The route is quite simple and a very short bus ride. Picking up our students at the JH will be much faster and safer since it will be out of the traffic of the Performing Arts Center.

Itinerary:

3:30 All students stay after school for recreation time

4:15 Students fed pizza, chips, and water. (Parent helpers needed)

4:35 Students change into concert uniforms (Black band polo, black pants, etc.)

4:50 Load busses

5:00 Depart for PAC (Performing Arts Center)

5:10 Unload trailer, enter PAC, and Warm-Up for concert

6:20 7th grade performs

6:40 8th grade performs

7:00 Load busses and take roll

7:15 Arrive back at CJHS

This is an open concert so anyone is welcome to come out and support our bands at the Performing Arts Center. Below are all the concerts that will occur that night along with the address to the PAC.
