Here are some important updates as we get ready for next week:
If you emailed me or signed up at the concert I have recorded your name and assume you will be joining us. I will be paying for your meal in exchange for your help.
Wednesday March 8th
- 7th grade Chaperones please arrive at 8am to the CJHS band room. Dress casual clothing will be appropriate. We should be back by around 3pm.
Thursday March 9th
- 8th grade Chaperones please arrive at 3:30pm to the CJHS band room. Dress casual clothing will be appropriate. We should be back by around 10pm.
A more detailed itinerary and plan will be handed to you when you arrive.
Festival Permission Forms and $12
Please turn them in ASAP, almost everyone has turned them in so far. No student will be allowed to go without parent permission and emergency contact info.
Please sell some more this weekend. We are 2/3 of the way through. Please make an effort to sell sell sell.
Most students have three payments of $50 in by now and are earning $3 per AYP card toward their trip. Remember that cookie dough counted as well ($3 per box sold). I will be doing a final balance at the end of the AYP fundraiser. PLEASE SELL AYP CARDS !!!!
Thanks again everyone for all the lovely emails about the concert as well. Both of these groups of kids are very special and make coming to work a pleasure everyday.
